Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of critical facility infrastructure, including power systems (UPS, Gensets, PDU) and Cooling systems (HVAC, CRAC).
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to ensure 99.9% uptime for all mission-critical equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for facility repairs, upgrades, and large-scale installations.
- Monitor facility energy consumption and implement initiatives to optimize operational costs and power usage effectiveness (PUE).
- Manage facility documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance reports in accordance with safety standards and ISO requirements.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and alarms, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term technical solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all facility operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in facility management, preferably within data centers or mission-critical environments.
- Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Proficient in technical drafting (AutoCAD) and facility management software/BMS (Building Management Systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Certification in K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) or relevant professional engineering certifications is a strong advantage.
