Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) is a leading regional telecommunications company, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Engineer cum Customer Support to join our world-class Data Centre operations team in Jurong West.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless incident management and resolution across our state-of-the-art data centre facilities. Your primary focus will be on providing expert 2nd and 3rd level technical support, managing incidents based on their criticality, impact, and strictly adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence through effective incident management, change management, and customer relationship management. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest levels of uptime and reliability for our critical infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to and resolve critical incidents at 2nd and 3rd level, ensuring SLA compliance and minimal service disruption
- Manage the full incident lifecycle from identification through resolution, documenting all actions and outcomes
- Coordinate and execute change management activities, assessing impact and risk for facility modifications
- Serve as primary technical liaison for customers, handling escalations and providing regular status updates
- Conduct routine facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring of critical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data centre efficiency and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data centre, facility, or mission-critical operations
- Proven knowledge of incident management frameworks and SLA performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency situations as required
