Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of site electrical distribution systems, including substations, transformers, and switchgears.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance audits to ensure 100% facility uptime and compliance with local safety regulations.
- Lead electrical troubleshooting activities during system failures or equipment downtime to minimize impact on production.
- Manage external contractors for facility projects, ensuring all work adheres to Celestica's quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize facility power consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including single-line diagrams, technical manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Support facility expansion projects, including electrical load calculations and installation oversight.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
- Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) or Chargeman certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.
