You will act as the guardian of our physical environment, ensuring that our facility supports our continuous drive for technological innovation and product quality.
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of technical problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning. You will lead preventive maintenance programs, manage facility-related projects, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Oversee facility projects, including renovations, construction, and installation of new equipment, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure full compliance with local building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility repairs, maintenance services, and equipment procurement.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, asset inventories, and facility documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergency response and troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (REE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) with a valid Professional License.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility management setting.
- Strong background in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with building management systems, electrical schematics, and mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work onsite in Calamba City, Laguna.
