Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
- Lead and execute smart factory infrastructure upgrades, integrating IoT sensors and automated building management systems (BMS).
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption data to implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, building codes, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot critical facility equipment failures to minimize operational downtime and improve overall plant productivity.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance and incident response.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of smart factory technologies, IoT integration, or Industrial 4.0 applications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Management Systems (BMS) software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s WSH regulations and building maintenance certifications.
