We are currently looking for a dedicated, hands-on Facility & Environment (FEE) Technician to join our dynamic facility engineering team. In this critical role, you will serve as the first line of defense for the facility systems that power our advanced semiconductor fabrication. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical systems including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressed air, DI water, wastewater treatment, and chemical delivery systems.
Your vigilance will ensure optimum environmental conditions for our cleanrooms, directly impacting product quality and manufacturing yield. You will also play a key role in managing our environmental footprint, strictly adhering to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all local regulations regarding scheduled waste management and emissions control. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on facility equipment such as HVAC units, chillers, boilers, CDA systems, vacuum pumps, DI water plants, and scrubbers.
- Continuously monitor Building Management Systems (BMS/SCADA) to maintain strict cleanroom environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, particle counts).
- Manage the collection, segregation, labeling, and disposal of scheduled wastes in full compliance with DOE regulations and Renesas environmental policies.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems (switchgears, transformers, UPS, generators) and mechanical systems (piping, valves, pumps).
- Support the EHS team in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications by participating in internal audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns, implement effective countermeasures, and update maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance, ensuring strict adherence to permit-to-work systems and safety protocols.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, TPM, Energy Conservation) to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance within a semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, or other high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, CDA, vacuum systems, and general mechanical/electrical utilities.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, scheduled waste management procedures, and pollution control methods.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, capable of reading P&IDs, single-line electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Certification in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) or Chargeman (AO) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using CMMS software and standard Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- High commitment to workplace safety, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in rotating shifts and respond to emergency call-outs.
