You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of building systems—from design and installation to maintenance and repair. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems, including HVAC, fire suppression, and potable water distribution.
- Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, conducting performance reviews and providing technical training.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking costs for repairs, upgrades, and consumables.
- Respond to emergency facility issues, coordinating with external contractors for urgent repairs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a secure working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in facility management, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role managing a technical team.
- Knowledge of local government procurement and civil service regulations (if applicable to government contracts).
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS software and facility management tools.
