Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the daily operations of a mission-critical facility in Sedenak.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and safety protocols.
- Monitor facility energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and corporate policies.
- Manage the facility's operational budget, including forecasting, procurement, and expenditure tracking.
- Lead emergency response planning and execution to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity during incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in facility management, specifically within critical environments (e.g., Data Centers, Semiconductors, or High-Tech Manufacturing).
- Proven track record of managing technical teams and large-scale facility operations.
- In-depth knowledge of UPS systems, cooling systems (Chillers/CRAC), fire suppression, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to report to senior leadership.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar are highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in Sedenak, Johor, and handle on-call responsibilities.
