- Lead and supervise facility maintenance teams for structural and painting operations
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for structural elements and paint systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance with structural/paint specialization
- Strong knowledge of structural assessment methods and painting systems
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Certification in facility management or OSHA safety standards preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CAD tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
