Siloam Hospitals Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Maintenance & General Affair Department Head to lead operations in our Manado facility. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical infrastructure of our world-class hospital, ensuring that all systems remain fully functional, compliant with health regulations, and optimized for patient care.
The ideal candidate will combine technical engineering expertise with strategic administrative management. You will manage the maintenance team, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure that our facility environment is safe, clean, and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive maintenance of all hospital infrastructure, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Manage the General Affairs department, including office supplies, security, cleaning services, and transportation logistics.
- Ensure full compliance with hospital health and safety regulations, accreditation standards, and local building codes.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for facility repairs, capital improvements, and operational expenses.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of maintenance and general services staff.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, service providers, and building management stakeholders.
- Implement proactive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of critical medical equipment and facility systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Facility Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility management or general affairs, preferably in a hospital or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS) and energy management.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in local regulations regarding building safety and health facility compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 hospital environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
