Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee comprehensive facility maintenance operations including preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Manage facility budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts for maintenance services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams through effective training and performance management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects for facility upgrades, renovations, and system installations
- Analyze facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facility maintenance management
- Professional certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, CPE) preferred
- Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and capital projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
