Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule for all facility assets outside of production areas.
- Perform daily inspections of building infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct immediate repairs and troubleshooting for facility malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Manage maintenance logs and reports to track repair history and asset health.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address specific facility service requests in a timely manner.
- Oversee third-party vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks or facility upgrades.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Staff, Building Technician, or a similar role for at least 2 years.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance protocols.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and power tools for technical repairs.
- Able to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, or facility manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment failure prevention.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor facility areas.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bandung, Jawa Barat.
