Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and building walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, compliance issues, or areas requiring improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions and breakdowns promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, work orders, and repair logs using management software.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests from staff or management in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies to ensure readiness for projects.
- Collaborate with other contractors or vendors as needed for specialized repairs or renovations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in a related trade is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance, building engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, basic plumbing, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Valid driver’s license is required for site travel and off-site equipment support.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the physical stamina required for manual labor.
