Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot facility equipment performance to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns and perform efficient repairs to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new facility machinery and support systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize facility energy efficiency and system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance (Senior applicants should demonstrate 5+ years of relevant experience).
- Strong knowledge of industrial facility systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Electrical Power Distribution, Water Systems).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts or be on-call as required by facility demands.
