Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility management operations, including M&E systems, HVAC, and building automation in a healthcare setting.
- Implement and monitor energy management systems to meet eco-hospital sustainability targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance and rectification works.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of critical medical facility infrastructure.
- Manage project upgrades and facility improvement works to ensure compliance with local healthcare building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular facility audits to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and hygiene standards.
- Support the deployment of smart building technologies and IoT-enabled asset management solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or building services, preferably within healthcare or mission-critical environments.
- Solid knowledge of M&E systems, BMS (Building Management Systems), and fire safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of green building certifications (e.g., BCA Green Mark) and energy efficiency practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on operational excellence.
