Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee facility engineering projects ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance
- Conduct comprehensive audits of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan and operational efficiency
- Manage facility budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for capital projects
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, sustainability standards, and industry regulations
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management for facility-related incidents
- Utilize BIM/IoT technologies to optimize facility operations and predictive maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
- 5+ years progressive experience in facility management or building engineering
- Professional certification in Facility Management (CFM) or relevant engineering license
- Expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety) and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software (CMMS) and CAD/BIM tools
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated budget oversight
- Knowledge of Singaporean building codes and sustainability standards (BCA Green Mark)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
