As a Facility Management Officer, you will oversee a wide range of building maintenance tasks, vendor management, and infrastructure upgrades. You will play a crucial role in creating a conducive, professional atmosphere for both our employees and clients. We are looking for a candidate who can blend technical troubleshooting skills with strong administrative coordination to ensure our banking operations never skip a beat.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operational maintenance of banking premises, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance risks.
- Manage inventory of facility equipment and maintain accurate records of asset depreciation and maintenance history.
- Execute health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a safe workspace for all staff and visitors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Assist in the planning and execution of office renovation or relocation projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical), Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or general maintenance, preferably in a banking or corporate office setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (MEP/HVAC) and facility management software.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle emergency maintenance situations calmly.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English proficiency.
- High level of integrity and commitment to organizational safety standards.
