In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of facility operations, from daily maintenance to long-term planning. You'll manage vendor relationships, coordinate safety protocols, and lead maintenance teams to ensure our campus remains in optimal condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all facility operations and maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient campus environment
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, repairs, and supplies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all school facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness protocols
- Supervise facility staff and coordinate work schedules for maintenance teams
- Manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate facility improvements and renovation projects
- Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate repairs as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in an educational institution
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Experience managing vendors and service contracts
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
