AEON Alam Sutera is seeking a dedicated Facility MEP Staff to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our store's operational excellence, ensuring that our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure runs seamlessly to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting the store's daily operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily monitoring and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the facility.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Respond promptly to technical breakdowns and perform necessary repairs or troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for major repairs or installations.
- Monitor utility usage (electricity, water) and assist in energy conservation initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and report system health to the Facility Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols within the store premises.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in facility maintenance or building services.
- Strong knowledge of building MEP systems, including chillers, AHU, pumps, and electrical panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
- Proficient in using standard hand tools and testing equipment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a high level of physical stamina.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in the retail or commercial property industry is a significant advantage.
