Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols
- Supervise facility staff (technicians, cleaners, security) with performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate vendor contracts for services like waste management and security
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facility operations
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, SFP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in facility management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
