Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on electro-mechanical production equipment
- Install, commission, and validate complex production site machinery and systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical failures using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for equipment performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize production downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
- Support facility improvement projects through technical implementation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility maintenance or industrial equipment repair
- Strong proficiency in electro-mechanical systems troubleshooting
- Certification in HVAC, pneumatics, or industrial automation preferred
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance management software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends for maintenance schedules
