TF AMD, a leading engineering firm in Penang, is seeking a proactive and skilled Facility Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facility infrastructure. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical systems including gas handling units, electrical installations, HVAC systems, and Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems. Your role is crucial in supporting our manufacturing operations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of gas handling systems, including gas cabinets, piping, and monitoring equipment.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, circuits, and equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, and temperature control systems.
- Monitor and maintain Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems, including compressors, dryers, and distribution lines.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and breakdowns, performing timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, gas handling, and electrical installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and principles.
- Familiarity with CDA systems and compressed air management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
