Murata is a global leader in the design and manufacture of electronic components, and we are currently seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our high-performing team in Tanauan City, Batangas. As a Facility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all systems run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with international standards.
You will be responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical building infrastructure and utility systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on facility utilities including HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure facility compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate facility upgrades and installation projects.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment status.
- Assist in the implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the facility.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and perform necessary repairs during and after office hours when required.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (Vocational diploma or Bachelor's degree).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Facility Technician or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Knowledge of standard facility utility systems (Chillers, AHUs, Compressors, Power systems).
- Familiarity with OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) standards and facility safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using power tools, diagnostic equipment, and basic office software.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if necessitated by operational requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and team collaboration.
