We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Facility Technician to join our operations team in Cyberjaya. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and operational integrity of our facility's chemical and gas distribution systems. The ideal candidate ensures that utility systems, specifically Compressed Dry Air (CDA) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), remain in peak condition to support our continuous production environment.
You will be joining a professional environment where technical precision and adherence to safety protocols are paramount. The successful candidate will play a vital role in minimizing downtime, performing routine preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on chemical distribution and gas piping systems.
- Monitor Compressed Dry Air (CDA) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) pressure, flow, and quality levels to ensure system stability.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul mechanical components of distribution equipment.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, inspection reports, and system performance documentation.
- Respond promptly to system alarms, technical emergencies, and process deviations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage spare parts inventory and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all activities are performed in strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably dealing with industrial gas or chemical systems.
- Strong understanding of piping systems, pressure regulation, and industrial safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using standard hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness to work on shifts or be on standby as required by operational needs.
