Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues in facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
- Monitor building management systems to ensure optimal energy efficiency and environmental compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to execute facility improvement projects.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and equipment failures across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Facility Technician or Maintenance Specialist in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and industrial controls.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
