As a key member of the facilities team, you will be entrusted with the uptime and reliability of critical infrastructure including HVAC, cleanroom systems, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems. You will work alongside experienced engineers and have access to the tools and training needed to excel.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, chiller, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in facility equipment promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective measures to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance works and ensure they adhere to safety regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive logs and records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and work permits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility reliability and energy efficiency.
- Provide technical support to production and other departments as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building automation systems.
- Relevant trades certifications (e.g., LEW, Fire Safety Manager, SCDF Certifications) are highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Singaporean / PR preferred. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
