PT PMP is seeking a highly skilled Facility & Utilities Engineer to join our team in Samarinda. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our utility infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing high-stakes project budgets.
The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, financial analysis, and technical oversight. You will serve as the primary point of contact for capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking, ensuring that all engineering projects align with the company’s financial objectives while maintaining peak facility performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, analyze, and control project RAB (Budget Plan) and manage Capital Expenditure (CapEx) to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain facility utility systems (electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air) to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all utility infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and financial progress updates for management.
- Collaborate with external contractors and internal teams to execute engineering upgrades or facility expansions.
- Implement safety and environmental standards (K3) across all facility operations.
- Identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives within plant utilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or utility engineering in an industrial setting.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, cost control, and CapEx management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Deep understanding of industrial safety regulations and local environmental compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in Samarinda and adapt to project-based demands.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
