Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the accurate calculation of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM).
- Manage and lead regular stock opname activities to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and variance analysis for factory operations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, providing financial forecasting and cost-saving recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor the Factory Accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies regarding production assets.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows within the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Factory Accounting, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a professional team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial closing deadlines.
