Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in factory automation sector
- Provide technical solutions and product demonstrations for Mitsubishi Electric automation systems
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through strategic client engagement
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and sales forecasts
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales or automation engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products (PLC, SCADA, VFD)
- Experience in client needs analysis and solution design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to travel across Indonesia for client meetings
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Certification in automation systems (e.g., Mitsubishi Electric PLC) preferred
