Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for the factory premises
- Train and manage cleaning staff, ensuring proper cleaning techniques are followed
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained according to standards
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Address and resolve any issues related to cleaning operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Prepare reports on cleaning activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in factory or industrial cleaning supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work a 6-day work week (44 hours total)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks when necessary
- Certification in industrial cleaning or related field is a plus
