Are you a strategic leader ready to drive operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced Factory Director / Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of our operations. This pivotal role involves managing the commissioning of new facilities, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining the stability of the plant. You will lead a diverse team across engineering, production, and QA/QC, ensuring that safety standards and quality benchmarks are met while optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire scope of factory operations, ensuring seamless production workflows.
- Lead the commissioning and operational readiness phases for new machinery and production lines.
- Manage engineering and production teams to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Ensure plant stability, optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong background in plant commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
- Proven track record in QA/QC and plant stabilization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Malay (or local language).
