Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate logistics activities between production lines, suppliers, and distribution channels
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety protocols and compliance with OHS standards
- Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Manage transportation scheduling, including loading/unloading coordination and route optimization
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on proper handling procedures and safety practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics within manufacturing
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OHS standards for industrial environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex logistical processes
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if required for site operations)
- Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
