Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Implement and maintain efficient material flow processes to support production needs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Manage and develop a team of warehouse personnel, providing training and performance feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department for optimal stock levels
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely material availability
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management software
