Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage and mentor production staff, ensuring proper training and performance evaluation
- Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for necessary materials
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure product specifications are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in furniture manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
