As we expand our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to lead our production facility. This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and a safe working environment for our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial management, with a proven track record of optimizing production workflows and reducing costs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic production plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal condition. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Develop and implement production schedules and strategies to maximize output.
- Manage the budget for production costs, raw materials, and labor.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory flow.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality assurance (ISO standards), and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is a plus).
