Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including production scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams through mentorship, performance management, and talent development
- Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other optimization methodologies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational protocols
- Manage departmental budgets, cost controls, and inventory systems to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
