Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet KPIs and delivery deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for material optimization
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing management with 2+ years in steel/metals industry
- Proven track record in production optimization and lean manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/ISO standards)
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision-making
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology preferred
