Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and optimize all manufacturing operations within the aerospace plant to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets (SQDCP).
- Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's vision for global expansion and market leadership.
- Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies (OHSAS, ISO).
- Manage the production schedule, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff.
- Oversee quality management systems (AS9100) and drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA) to eliminate quality issues.
- Manage the plant budget, control operational costs, and drive profitability improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the aerospace or highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful Lean Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards and aerospace regulatory requirements.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in Clark Freeport Zone or similar economic zones is an advantage.
