Join PERSOL as a Factory Manager and lead the heart of our manufacturing operations in Bintulu. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve quality, efficiency, and safety targets
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement systems
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
- Develop annual budgets and control operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in production optimization and cost reduction
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools
- Certification in production management preferred
