Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery including injection molding presses and assembly lines
- Conduct quality control checks using measurement tools and visual inspection
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
- Document production data and complete shift reports accurately
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and ISO standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations and production processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and production manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Physical stamina to work in standing position for extended periods
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends if required)
- Valid forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
