CCK Group is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations in Kuching, Sarawak. This critical role requires a hands-on leader to optimize production processes, ensure quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. You'll oversee the entire processing workflow, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor production teams to achieve safety and productivity targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end processing operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Monitor production output, quality control, and safety compliance
- Train and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of excellence
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
