In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead a team of production staff, oversee daily workflows, and optimize resource allocation to meet production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day production floor activities to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and train production personnel to uphold safety standards and operational best practices.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to minimize defects and waste.
- Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly production reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within the factory premises.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management systems.
- Solid understanding of OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
- Ability to work on shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
