Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assemble components or products according to detailed specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections to identify defects and maintain quality assurance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, following safety protocols and 5S principles.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or production discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate or equivalent (college level or vocational graduate is an advantage).
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, factory, or production setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic mathematical and literacy skills for documentation and measurements.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
