Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure steady production flow.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished goods.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production delays to the supervisor immediately.
- Help manage raw material inventory levels on the production floor.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as required by the role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
