Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily assembly and manufacturing tasks strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently for distribution.
- Report any machinery malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read work orders and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required by production schedules.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
