Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Cruise Food & Beverage and Shipboard Operations courses.
- Integrate global cruise industry standards and best practices into the existing curriculum.
- Mentor students through their capstone projects and internship preparations.
- Conduct industry-relevant research and participate in departmental academic development initiatives.
- Facilitate engaging laboratory sessions focused on shipboard service protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate student assessment records and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure program relevance and student placement success.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Cruise Line Management, Maritime Studies, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in cruise ship food and beverage operations.
- Strong background in international hospitality service standards and safety regulations.
- Prior teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proven ability to bridge academic theory with practical, real-world maritime applications.
