Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate and graduate-level courses within IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and laboratory exercises to align with current industry trends.
- Conduct meaningful research and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their career development and personal growth.
- Facilitate student learning through innovative pedagogical methods, including blended learning and hands-on laboratory work.
- Participate in department and university-wide committees, accreditation processes, and academic events.
- Engage in community extension programs and collaborative industry partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Proven record of teaching excellence at the tertiary level or significant industry experience with an interest in teaching.
- Strong research portfolio with evidence of scholarly publications or academic contributions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of students.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages, software development frameworks, and emerging technologies.
- Commitment to the LPU vision, mission, and core values of service, integrity, and excellence.
- Valid professional license (if applicable to the specific engineering discipline) is an advantage.
