- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with K-12 curriculum standards
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through interactive teaching methodologies
- Assess student progress using diverse evaluation techniques and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student performance to stakeholders
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental improvement initiatives
- Organize and supervise co-curricular activities aligned with educational objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field with specialization in Junior/Senior High School curriculum
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for teaching
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in secondary education preferred
- Strong proficiency in English language and subject matter expertise
- Demonstrated ability to use educational technology and digital teaching tools
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills
