As a Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical and professional competence of our students, ensuring they are fully prepared for the challenges of the modern maritime industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Marine Transportation and Marine Engineering courses.
- Mentor and guide students through their academic journey, providing technical and career advice.
- Conduct practical training sessions and laboratory demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Participate in academic research, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in maritime technology and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in the maritime industry, preferably as a licensed officer.
- Valid professional licenses (e.g., MMC, CCO, OOW) are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
