Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality instruction in various Information Technology subjects as per the BSIT curriculum.
- Design, develop, and update instructional materials, modules, and laboratory exercises to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Facilitate effective classroom learning and hands-on technical training for undergraduate students.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through various assessment methods including exams, projects, and lab work.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students to support their career development and technical growth.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty and administration to improve departmental processes and academic standards.
- Participate in college-wide research initiatives, community extension programs, and professional development activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, or CompTIA) are highly preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), database management, networking, or web development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging lessons for diverse learners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sections and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Previous teaching experience at the tertiary level is an advantage but fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome to apply.
